Where can I find land in or around the Knoxville area in Tn? I have tried some realty websites however many just offer land with homes already on them. Thanks!

Every county govt has a "Land Reutilization" Dept.

They hold auctions monthly selling raw land seized for taxes. Generally really cheap and easy to get in to.

   go to http://www.realtor.com
   in addition to houses they also show vacant land
