First of all, let me give you a brief introduction about our company:
We are North Africa Company for Real Estate Investment and we are the owners of the Kattameya Gardens Compound. We are one of the most important Contributing Egyptian Companies. North Africa Company for Real Estate Investment is one of several companies that were firstly founded at 1975. The owner of the Real Estate Company is Dr. Hatem Abd El Aziz and he is the Chairman of the Board and Managing Director of the company.
The company is developing and implementing an enormous project named ” Kattameya Gardens ” on area of 100 acres in New Cairo south of the American University. The company is building about 220 villas with luxurious and special designs with areas winding between 450 m2 and 1000 m2. Our villas have been designed by one of the most famous architecture bureau’s – SHEHAB MAZHAR.
The company is also implementing a huge commercial project named ” TOSCA “. This project provides different areas with huge and small commercial stores, restaurants, administration bureau, banks and companies headquarters.
Beside to “Kattameya Gardens Project”, the company is investing some other different projects inside and outside of Cairo. One of these projects is one of the most fabulous touristic projects in South Sinai and this is by establishing a 5 stars resort ( Morgana Taba ). Furthermore, the company is about to start establishing a new huge touristic project at Marsa Allam.
Regarding the delivery time, it will be – if Allah wills – after 3 years, thats means that the completion of the project as a whole will be after 3 years so that the infrastructure would be completed. But if you are interested, you may have the chance to get it after 2 years only but the facilities will be included after three years.
