What is the issue where Scarlet Witch warps reality to make mutants the dominant race?

My friend said it was House of M, but issue #1 in House of M doesn’t show her warping reality or mutants being dominant. Any ideas on which issue #, and series shows this?
It was at the end of House of M #1 although it doesn’t actually show her doing it. Spider-Man walks into the church looking for Wanda towards the end of the issue and if I remember right he is engulfed by a flash of white light. Then the scene changes to Peter Parker going to check on his crying baby while his wife Gwen Stacy goes back to bed. It’s obvious that it is not the normal Marvel Universe anymore since Peter doesn’t have a child, the real Gwen Stacy is dead and he is supposed to be married to Mary Jane.
It isn’t revealed that that mutants are the dominant species in the warped reality until House of M #2.
