What is a good website for Costa Rica real estate? ?

I am looking for a residential home not commercial property and preferrably NOT Americanized. I also want an established home and not a pre-buy or ready to build type thing.
Please list realtors/realties you or someone you know have personally dealt with and not something googled online…THANKS!

Your question is a hard one, it really depends on what part of CR you are looking to buy. Most of the new homes/condos etc are being built to American standards since this is what the market is now demanding, which makes sense if you want modernization.
