there are two things that I have always been interested in since I was a little kid, New York City, and Realty. It may sound strange, but that is what I love. I really want to pursue my goal of becoming a real estate agent in NYC. Right now, i’m in college going for my associates degree, and after that, I plan on moving to NYC. Thank you Rita and yes they contacted me and are offering to do a short sale of my home. I could not find any info on them or their company either. Nothing maches , they have no fax # , and they want me to send ALL of my personal info( including ss# and licence copies through email!!!) . I already have an auction sale date and am not sure if a short sale is even doable since the date is so near
First of all – why did they contact you? This is a company soliciting your business to short sale your home. None of the principles of the business are licensed realtors. They are registered with the state corporation commission, but I wasn’t able to find out any other information about them. That makes me skeptical when you can’t find anything about their business. Be wary, there are many fly-by-night companies out there that are preying on distressed homeowners.
