I am looking for a residential home not commercial property and preferrably NOT Americanized. I also want an established home and not a pre-buy or ready to build type thing.

Please list realtors/realties you or someone you know have personally dealt with and not something googled online…THANKS!

I definitely recommend to find properties sold by agents that belong to the Costa Rica Real Estate Chamber. The chamber has a MLS at http://mls-cr.com/ .

Also, since you mentioned NOT Americanized, try to obtain a copy of the local newspaper La Nacion and specially the Saturday edition. La Nacion publishes a supplement named Ambitos on Saturdays. This supplement has ads from important Costa Rican developers.

i was just looking up a commercial block for rent and it said the $3,500PCM inc Taxes,
whats the pcm stand for
thats mate,
but it cant be per cubic Meter as that would come out as 148k per month, it should be at most around 2-5k per month
