I was thinking about signing on with Keller Williams Realty as a new agent; someone told me that if you are not productive they will ask you to leave the company? is this true? is there a minimum amount of sales you have to have?

In our office in California, we don’t ask anyone to leave unless they are doing a type of business that is not ethical. Any agents that are not producing will receive free education to get them to a producing level. You may need to produce a certain amount of volume to receive an office, etc. but many are mobil agents.Keller Williams is the fastest growing Real Estate Company in the US for several reasons. The education is second to none. It is one of the few companies that you can truly reach 100%.Check it out

What are the limits to reality? How much of it is this yahoo answers experience?

soon advances will take us to dual cameras capturing our movements (and even emotions) and projecting us into a 3D inter-active experience. there are no limits to reality, only our awareness and understanding of it.

the yahoo answers experience is a tiny fraction of what is yet to come. . . as long as man becomes non-violent and we all become more tolerant, the future for mankind will be "heaven on earth". As soon as 20-25 years !

Everyone has heard this…

"Earn license in just 2 months!!!"

I have learned that anything worth having takes a lot of work and that doesn’t seem like a lot compared to taking the college courses which could be over a year in some cases. So are these schools legit? What is the difference between traditional colleges that take longer and the "fast" way?
If possible, what would be best for me? I barely graduated high school, have done some college, support myself, with a great but full time job. Now I feel it’s time to get into being an entrepreneur and I want to work fast (I want to start very young). Money is no object, I will figure out a way to make it work if it is a good investment in the long run…

Well, if you are looking to being an entrepreneur getting a real estate license is not the way. It is really easy to get the license, but you have to work for a broker, you just don’t go out on your own and start selling houses.

The schools are mostly legit, they prepare you for the test. In CA you only have to get 60% of the answers right to pass. You can pass by simply guessing.

If you are serious about being an entrepreneur you should think about getting a regular 4 year degree in business. You can’t learn the skills you will need to start and run your own business in a 1 year class.

Each state is different – but here’s how it works in Texas. To own a realty company – suggest you get incorporated first. Then hire a licensed TX broker to be your broker of record to TREC when you apply for the corporation to become a broker. The company will be the broker – a legal entity – and all activities will fall under the supervision/management of the sponsoring broker. You can then have the corporation hold your real estate sales license so that you can sign contracts on behalf of your broker and negotiate, etc – all the things that require a real estate license. You’ll likely need to set up a dba (maybe); carry errors&omissions insurance that the corporation purchases/maintains. Good luck. I know several people that own the brokerage company and have hired a sponsoring broker to supervise their real estate transactions.
