How accurate are the senses at creating a picture of the ‘external’ objective reality. The senses receive all this information from the environment, which is turned into a meaningful picture in the brain, how close is this picture to what is actually out there in the world of matter? Since our brain is mainly designed to survive on this tiny planet, how can we ever come to know an objective reality when all the knowledge we gain comes through the subjective perspective of the human brain?
We have created machines that can detect things undetectable by human senses, so there is no doubt that there is an objective reality. A radio telescope could be programmed to continually add the number of radio waves it detects, and even if every human being disappeared from the face of the earth, that number would continue to increase as long as the machine exists.
Whilst we can never say with certainty that anyone perceives reality with absolute objectivity, there are certain things that are almost universally agreed upon by all people, (e.g. we must drink water to survive) so it’s safe to say we are being as objective as we can be in our observation of these things. Whether water is actually what we perceive it to be, or something entirely different, doesn’t matter at this point because we are being objective in our observation that without it, we would die.
Of course, we don’t know if we are being objective in our observation of death, either.
I would argue that mathematics is objective.
can someone tell me what are the steps to get this license i have decided to get into the realty business., and i don’t know where i can start, i would appreciate if someone that knows about this field tell me about it thanks.
Discuss this with a local broker.
Delores Malgosa lives in Granada, Co but her realty company is in Lamar, Co. Can you locate her?
http://eservices.psiexams.com/crec/search.jsp
I searched for her in the Colorado Real Estate Agency web site above.
I found no Malagosa at all in Colorado. It may mean that the site isn’t working properly. Try it a few times. Then you can call the agency to look for her.
Best of luck
short sale, distressed, cash flow sale ect. ect. ect.
also i heard that there are some loop holes to save money on buying a house, i already know about the first time home buyers one but what else is there?
look for a house that has been on the market for a while, they are harder to sell and the owners are usually okay with lowering the price or having extras thrown in such as them paying the closing costs
i found a house that is own by a bank how can i find out the name of that bank so i can deal with the bank and not a realty agent.
An overwhelming majority of lenders will not deal with anyone that isn’t licensed to transact real estate. You are going to have to deal with the real estate agent.
I tend to believe you create your own reality. Your reality is formed by your attitude. You can put two people in the exact same circumstance and have two totally different feelings of what happened and how it felt to be there. What do you think?
Everyone creates there own reality. Example: A woman with poor self-esteem constantly beats herself up and hates to go in public. However, a man sees her in public and she is the most beautiful thing he has seen all day. Two different realities, the same people involved.
I also do mortgages so I have thought about:

I talked to them, they showed me the house, and gave me the price (52,000). so what is the best route to go about purchasing this home.
This is a forclosed property now owned by a bank, and the realtor I spoke with represents the bank. Do I need a realtor to represent me?
i am a realtor and here is the best advice i can give. if you haven’t already spoken with a mortgage person, do so. make sure that you can qualify for the mortgage on the house you are interested in and then ask your mortgage person to get you a pre-approval letter to provide to your agent so they can prove to the homeowner that you are in fact able to purchase the home. next, tell the realtor that you are interested in the home and you would like to make an offer. depending on what state you are in depends on the relationship you have with your agent. if they represent you, then your agent should be able to guide you in how make the offer by showing you what sold in the area and showing the homeowner you are interested. if the agent represents the seller, then your agent is obligated to tell you what to offer since the agent’s job is to get the most money for the seller. if that is the case, you can ask to see what sold in the area. they cannot provide that information to you as a seller’s agent unless you specifically ask for it. good luck!
Has anyone heard of this Real Estate Company called, Celebrity realty of Central Florida out of Orlando that will give you half of their commission just for using them as a buyer’s agent? So let’s see, if you purchase a home for around $290,000 and the commission pays just 3% that’s $8,700 and out of that they will give you half which is, four thousand three hundred and fifty dollars ($4,350.00). Is this true? And how can I get in contact with them because I can’t find them?
Yes this is VERY true! They are a very hard company to find because of what they offer. They really don’t advertise because, well they don’t have to. My husband and I used them and received a check at closing for over $7,000. Can you believe it? We paid off our car and one credit card with the extra money and here is something else they offer. If the home you purchase is over $400,000 the pay you %75 of their commission. (Do the math on that one, WOW!) Plus no matter what the amount of the home you purchase they also pay for your home inspection and your home appraisal. They are a fantastic company and we refer them to everyone. I highly recommend them. Their phone number is, 407-384-0044, ask for Frances she’s great.
